What Do the Green & Peach Dots Next to My Tracks Mean?

At That Pitch, these colored dots show the clearance status of your track and how widely it can be pitched to libraries. They’re part of our Cleared™ system, which checks your music for legal safety and submission readiness. It protects you, and libraries from copyright infringement in the sync licensing world.

Green dot — Cleared for all libraries

Your track is fully cleared and ready to be pitched across our entire library network.

This means:

  • Your track is legally cleared

  • All required details and assets are provided

  • It qualifies for the maximum number of libraries

To reach green status, make sure you’ve uploaded:

  • Writer profile information

  • Artist profile details

  • Song metadata

  • Stems (if available)

  • Lyrics (if applicable)

  • Artwork

The more complete your track package, the more opportunities it can access.

Peach dot — Limited library pitching

Your track is cleared but only qualifies for select libraries.

Some libraries require more detailed assets or stricter compliance than others. If anything is missing or still under review, your track may temporarily stay in peach status.

Once everything is completed or cleared, it can move to green.

Blue dot — Lite plan clearance

This status is for Lite (free) users.

A blue dot means your track is cleared for libraries that handle their own legal review and clearance processes. These libraries are comfortable reviewing tracks independently before accepting them.

Upgrading to Pro allows your music to be pitched more broadly across the full network.

Black dot — Processing

Your track is still being reviewed by our Cleared™ system.

This usually only takes a few minutes. Once the check is complete, your status will automatically update.

Why this matters

Libraries need confidence that music is legally safe and ready for licensing. These statuses help match your track with the right opportunities as quickly as possible.

Simple version:
Green = ready for all libraries
Peach = limited libraries
Blue = Lite plan libraries
Black = processing
