Once you upload music to That Pitch, your tracks become available to our partner libraries. If a library selects your track, you’ll be notified by email and through an in-app notification.
There is no universal timeline for acceptance, since each library operates differently.
Not all libraries accept music at the same time
Every library reviews and adds music on its own schedule. Some may review new submissions frequently, while others curate music in batches every few months. Because of this, timing can vary widely from one library to another.
Not all libraries accept all music
Libraries are selective, and acceptance depends on a variety of factors such as:
Style and genre fit
Production quality
Current catalog needs
Rights preferences
Client demand
Some of our partners accept a higher volume of music, while others are highly curated. Each library ultimately decides what works best for their platform and clients.
While we’ve negotiated artist-friendly terms like non-exclusivity and fewer revision requirements, final acceptance decisions are always up to each individual library.
Simple version: some tracks are accepted quickly, others take time, and each library chooses what fits their needs.
