You’ll always be notified when your track is accepted into a library through That Pitch. You’ll receive both an email and an in-app notification.
However, there isn’t currently a system that can reliably notify you every time your music is licensed by a library’s end client.
Here’s why:
Once music enters a library, it can be licensed across many different platforms and regions. Tracking every individual use in real time isn’t something the industry has fully standardized yet, and most libraries don’t provide that level of reporting.
That said, we know how valuable this visibility is for artists, and we’re actively exploring ways to improve transparency around placements.
In the meantime:
Your PRO collects performance royalties
Content ID tracks YouTube usage
Third-party tools like Tunesat may provide additional insights
Simple version: you’ll be notified when your track enters a library, but not for every individual sync use — at least not yet.
