  4. What to Do If Your Tracks Are Missing After Migration

If you've noticed that your tracks are missing after a platform migration, don't worry! We’ve got you covered. Here’s how to handle the situation based on the type of tracks you’ve uploaded and what steps we’ll take to resolve the issue.

1. Non-Exclusive Tracks: You Can Re-Upload

For non-exclusive tracks, you can safely re-upload them to the new platform without any impact on existing or future placements.

Steps to re-upload your tracks:

  • Log into your account.
  • Head over to the upload section.
  • Re-upload the tracks that are missing.

Since non-exclusive tracks allow for flexibility, re-uploading them is perfectly fine and won’t disrupt your placement opportunities.

2. Exclusive Tracks: Do Not Re-Upload

For exclusive tracks, especially those that have already been placed, it’s important not to re-upload them manually. Re-uploading could cause conflicts with existing placements or agreements.

What You Should Do:

  • Contact us directly, and we’ll handle the migration on our side to ensure your tracks are correctly moved over without affecting their current placements.

3. How We’re Resolving This

We understand how important your placements are, especially for exclusive tracks. Our team is working on ensuring all tracks are properly migrated to the new platform. If there’s an issue with your tracks not appearing, we will handle this internally and make sure your tracks are restored.

4. Contact Support
