It depends on who controls your rights.
At That Pitch, you can submit music as long as you have the authority to license it.
If you own your label or publishing
You’re good to go.
If you personally control both the master and publishing rights, you can upload your music and work with That Pitch without any issues.
If a third party controls your rights
Then unfortunately, no.
If a label, publisher, or any other third party has ownership or approval rights over your music, we’re not able to represent those tracks. Libraries need clear, direct licensing authority, and additional rights holders can create legal and administrative complications.
Why this matters
Sync licensing moves quickly, and libraries need confidence that music can be licensed without delays or disputes. Keeping rights simple ensures smoother placements and faster opportunities.
Simple version: if you control your rights, you can work with us. If someone else does, you can’t work with us.
