How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you decide to close your account, you can manage and cancel your subscription directly from your dashboard at any time. Please review our network terms regarding your distributed catalog before completing the offboarding process.

Step-by-Step Cancellation Procedure

To cancel your active subscription, log into your account and complete the following steps:

1.Navigate to Account Settings:

Click on the Gear Icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar, then select "Manage Account" from the dropdown menu.

2.Access Your Billing Portal:

Select the "Billing" tab from your account menu, and then click on the "Manage Billing" button.

3.Confirm Subscription Cancellation:

Click "Cancel Subscription" within the secure billing gateway and follow the final on-screen prompts to confirm your termination.

Before you finalize your cancellation, please be fully aware of how account termination impacts your active music assets:

  • Library Takedowns: When your active subscription is terminated, any music uploaded during your membership term may be swiftly removed and offboarded from our distributed network of partner libraries.

  • Pitching Deactivation: Your tracks will instantly be withdrawn from all active and future sync pitching pools, and automated distribution pipelines will be frozen.

  • Content ID Deactivation: Automated digital fingerprinting administration through our network will be scheduled for termination alongside your library offboarding.
