Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

That Pitch operates a "no questions asked" 14-day refund policy for initial membership payments. To qualify for a full reimbursement, a user must submit their refund request within exactly fourteen (14) calendar days of their original purchase transaction date.

2. Final Sale & No-Refund Windows

After the initial 14-day period expires, all membership payments, promotional purchases, add-ons, or any other transactions made on That Pitch are strictly final and non-refundable. We strongly advise reviewing your purchase transaction details, order totals, and subscription tiers prior to authorizing any payment.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Subscribers can cancel their premium recurring services at any time, for any reason, directly through their account dashboard or by submitting a ticket through the That Pitch Help Center.

  • Effective Cancellation Date: Cancellations will take effect at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.

  • Account Access: Premium access will remain fully active until the final day of your paid billing period.

  • No Prorated Credits: Previously billed amounts or unused portions of a billing cycle will not be reimbursed, credited, or prorated upon cancellation.

4. Platform-Initiated Terminations

That Pitch reserves the right to suspend or terminate premium services for any user at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

  • Standard Termination: If That Pitch terminates a service early for administrative reasons, the Subscriber may be issued a prorated refund of their last payment, subject to Account Management review.

  • Policy Violations: No refunds, partial or full, will be granted if an account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, community guidelines, or platform policies.

5. Billing Errors & Fraud Prevention

  • System Errors: Reimbursements will be issued if an internal technical error results in duplicate or unintentional overcharges.

  • Fraud Clause: If That Pitch has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized card use, or malicious intent, the associated account will be terminated immediately without warning, and all refund requests will be permanently denied.

6. Processing Timelines

  • Investigation Window: The Account Management Team reviews all incoming reimbursement requests. Investigations take up to fourteen (14) business days from the date of formal submission.

  • Payout Window: If a refund request is approved, the verified credit amount will be processed back to the original payment method within twenty-one (21) business days of the initial submission date.

7. Limitation of Liability

By registering for an account and utilizing That Pitch, you explicitly agree to all terms outlined in this policy. Users agree to license, sell, and distribute their creative content, and utilize the services of That Pitch, entirely at their own risk.
