Generally, we reply to all emails within 1-2 days. If you're not receiving a response from That Pitch Support, or not receiving the 2-step authentication emails, it's likely that they're either going to spam, or being bounced entirely by your email provider.

Check in with your email provider to ensure that all emails from thatpitch.com are allowed. If you're using an older email, such as a school email, etc., considering using something more permanent, like Gmail.

Note: Each support request we get by each member is considered 'new'. Our team answers 'oldest' requests first every day. So if you double email, your 'oldest' support request will be moved to 'new' again, and will result in an increased wait time.
