What's My Renewal Date?

Your platform membership automatically renews every month or year (depending on your specific billing plan) on the exact calendar date you initially activated your account.

To keep our system automated and efficient, we do not send notification emails prior to processing standard recurring renewal charges. To prevent any disruption to your catalog, we recommend keeping your payment credentials up to date.

How to Check Your Next Billing Date & Update Payment Info

You can verify your exact renewal timeline and manage your active credit cards directly from an authenticated dashboard session by following these steps:

1.Navigate to Account Settings:

Click on the Gear Icon in the top-right corner of your main navigation bar, then select "Manage Account" from the dropdown menu.

2.Access Your Billing Portal:

Select the "Billing" tab from your internal account menu, and then click on the secure "Manage Billing" button.

3.Review or Modify Your Details:

Inside the encrypted payment gateway, you will see your exact "Next Billing Date" listed on your active plan. You can add, remove, or swap payment cards directly from this screen.

⚠️ Critical Notice: Failed Renewals and Catalog Integrity

If an automated renewal charge fails on your billing date, your catalog immediately enters a high-priority compliance status. In accordance with our global network standards:

  • The 14-Day Grace Period: Your music will not be touched instantly. You have a strict 14-day window to update your credit card details while your tracks remain active in our pitching pools.

  • Terminal Removal on Day 14: If the account is not brought into good standing by the end of the grace period, your subscription terminates, and any ongoing sync placements currently in processing will be immediately canceled.

  • Complete Network Takedown: Your tracks will be definitively removed and un-indexed from all 100+ partner music libraries, and automated digital fingerprinting via the YouTube Content ID registry will be shut down.

Rejoining and the Full Re-Delivery Process

If your catalog is taken down due to a lapsed subscription, it cannot simply be "unpaused" or instantly reinstated. Because your assets were completely wiped from external databases on Day 14 to maintain clean network pipelines, re-establishing your profile requires a complete technical re-delivery:

  • Automated Asset Ingestion: Upon processing a successful reactivation payment, our system initiates a brand-new delivery sequence.

  • Global Repropagation: Your master audio files, track metadata, and split agreements are packaged and re-distributed to our partner libraries as completely new ingestions.

  • Content ID Fingerprinting: Your tracks are re-submitted to the YouTube Content ID registry to re-initialize automated tracking and protection workflows from scratch.

Simple version: To find your next renewal date, go to Account Settings → Billing → Manage Billing in your dashboard. We do not send email reminders before charging your card. If your renewal fails, you have 14 days to update your card before your sync placements are canceled and your tracks are removed from all 100+ libraries. If you choose to rejoin later, your music isn't just unpaused—it undergoes a complete digital re-delivery and re-ingestion process from scratch.
